Seven days to remember what it feels like to come home to yourself.

A fully guided week of practices for the nervous system that never quite gets to rest.

There's a particular kind of tired that sensitive people know well. Not the tired that sleep fixes. The tired that comes from feeling everything, every room, every conversation, every piece of news, every unspoken tension, and having nowhere to put any of it.

You've probably tried things. Some of them helped, briefly. But brief isn't the same as changed. And a single good meditation isn't the same as a nervous system that has truly learned it's safe to settle.

Seven days is different. Seven days is enough repetition for your body to start trusting the rhythm. Enough time for the practices to stop feeling like effort and start feeling like returning. Enough space for something to actually shift.

The 7 Day Home Retreat is a complete, guided week designed specifically for people who feel deeply and need a structure that works with that depth rather than around it. It happens at home, in your own rooms, with nothing to travel to and nobody to perform for. Every day is sequenced deliberately. Every practice builds on the one before it. You don't have to figure out what comes next. You just arrive.

The week, day by day:

Day 1: Grounding for Racing Thoughts. When your mind won't slow down, this practice brings you back into your body. Not by forcing stillness, but by giving your nervous system something solid to land on. Mantra: I am here. I am held. I am enough.

Day 2: Opening Practice for Emotional Flow. For everything you've been holding just below the surface. This practice creates gentle space for what's been waiting to move through you, without overwhelm, without force. Mantra: I open. I receive. I release.

Day 3: Thought Observation. You are not your thoughts. You are the one noticing them. This practice creates distance between you and the noise, enough distance to breathe. Mantra: I am not my thoughts. I am the one who notices.

Day 4: Safety Practice for Anxious Bodies. For the body that has been braced for so long it has forgotten what safe feels like. A practice for coming back to that feeling through breath, sensation, and stillness. Mantra: I am safe. I am here. I am calm.

Day 5: Energy Release for Sensitive People. For the emotions and energy you've absorbed that were never yours to carry. A practice for putting down what belongs to someone else. Mantra: I release what isn't mine. I reclaim what is.

Day 6: Evening Wind-Down. For closing the day with grace instead of collapsing into it. A practice that tells your nervous system: the day is complete, and so are you. Mantra: The day is complete. I am enough. I rest now.

Day 7: Integration and Return. A closing practice for coming home to yourself after a full week of honest, gentle work. Not an ending, but the beginning of a different relationship with your own experience. Mantra: I am grounded. I am whole. I am home.

What's included: A 38 page guided PDF walking you through all seven days, grounding rituals, journal prompts, and mantra cards, alongside seven MP3 meditations, 20 to 25 minutes each, layered with theta binaural frequencies and best heard through headphones. Everything is here. Nothing is missing, and it is yours to keep and repeat whenever a week gets loud again.

How it fits around a normal day: Thirty to forty minutes on a meditation day, before work, after the school run, or as the last thing before bed. Sixty to ninety on the first day and the last, when you add the somatic ritual. Nothing else has to move.

This is for you if: You've been running on empty for longer than you'd like to admit. You're sensitive, you feel everything, and you're ready for something that was actually designed for someone like you. You don't want to be fixed. You want to be met. You have half an hour a day and you're finally ready to use it for yourself.

This is not about doing more. It's about doing one small, deliberate thing, every day for seven days, and discovering what your nervous system feels like when it's finally been given permission to land.

Every practice in this retreat is one I have done myself. Not as an experiment, but as a necessity, on the hard mornings, the overstimulated evenings, the days when everything felt like too much. I built this week because I needed it first. And because I know you might need it too.

Half an hour. Seven days. A nervous system that learns, slowly and honestly, that it's safe to settle.
