A quiet room for people who feel everything

The Ritualist Circle is where most of my writing goes now. A reflection from me each day, a micro ritual each week, and one longer anchor ritual each month, for people who feel everything and are tired of being told to feel less.

So much of being deeply sensitive is done alone. You feel the room shift before anyone speaks, you carry other people's weather home, and then you explain it away because saying it out loud feels like too much. In here that is the starting point rather than the thing to explain. I write to you most mornings as someone built the same way.

A letter from me each day.

A reflection most mornings, written to one person rather than to an audience. Some of it goes nowhere else, not to my list and not to Instagram. It stays in this room.

A ritual each week, an anchor each month.

One micro ritual every week, small enough to survive an ordinary Tuesday. And one longer anchor ritual each month, ours to return to for the whole month.

Nothing to keep up with.

Everything stays where you can reach it, so you can arrive late and still have all of it. Nothing is live, nothing is scheduled, and there is a place to ask me things, where I answer each week.

The Ritualist Code

How this room works.

We come as we are. Nobody has to be well, articulate, or finished to write in this room.

Advice only when it is asked for. If you want company rather than solutions, say so, and that will be respected.

Nobody here is a project. We do not diagnose each other and we do not try to fix each other.

What is said here stays here. No screenshots, no names carried out of the room.

Reading is taking part. You can be here for months without writing a word and still belong here.

This is companionship, not treatment. I am a ritual and yoga guide, not a therapist. If you are in a season heavier than a room like this can carry, please let someone trained sit with you as well. You are still welcome here while you do.

FAQ

Is this for me?

If you feel deeply and are tired of being told to just relax, yes. The Circle is built for sensitive people.

What actually arrives, and how often?

A reflection from me each day, a micro ritual each week, and one longer anchor ritual each month. There is also a room for questions, where I answer each week. It all waits for you in the room rather than filling your inbox.

Do I have to post or share?

Never. Read when you have capacity, write when you want to. Both belong.

How much is it, and can I cancel?

It is $12 a month, and you can cancel anytime from your account, with no awkwardness.

What if I am too busy?

There is no keeping up here. Everything is gentle and self paced, and it will be waiting for you whenever you have a moment.

I will be plain about its size. It is small, and that is the part I would not change yet. Small enough that I know who is reading, and that what I write next is shaped by the few people in here rather than by an audience. The people joining now help shape what this becomes, and they will always have a place in it from the very beginning. Membership is $12 a month, and you can leave anytime it stops serving you. No pressure, ever.
